What we collect
Standard server and host logs, which are the records our hosting provider keeps in order to serve the site:
- IP address
- Browser user agent
- Timestamp of the request, and the page requested
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or marketing pixels on this site. There are no third-party trackers here, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Email you send us
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive what you choose to put in it: your name, your email address, the topic you pick, and the contents of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
The form delivers straight to a company mailbox through our email provider. It does not set a cookie, and it does not store your message on this website.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share what you send us except where we need to in order to answer you, or where the law requires it.
Your requests
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, use the contact form and pick the privacy topic, or write to us by post at the address on our company information page. Requests about product data should follow the process in that product’s own privacy policy: the Summon privacy policy or the BookingLink privacy policy or the EasyTips privacy policy.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it.
